Managing your ads, content, tracking and strategy with different people is exhausting — and nothing ever talks to each other. I work across all of it, so it actually does.

Quem é você na fila do pão?

— or in plain English: what's my deal?

A curious, problem-solving young adult trying really hard to give life a bit more creativity and fun.

Olá, I am Lhais — Brazilian, split between Sydney and the Sunshine Coast. I’ve been 5 + years working across social media, content, paid traffic and all the boring infrastructure hiding underneath (the stuff you never see but that makes everything actually work) not because specialising felt wrong, and definitely not because digital marketing is easy money (it’s the opposite, actually ha) but because I realised I could pull together enough skills to be that one person who handles the whole thing in a beautiful and technical way for the right people, companies and brands — of course.

What heck do you do?

Ok, let's keep it simple because I know attention is short and you didn't come here to read an essay.

01

Strategy

(the plan, yes, we need one)

Before we touch anything, we need to figure out where you actually are — not where you think you are, because those two things are usually not the same (and that’s fine, that’s literally why I’m here). Gaps, missing basics, stuff nobody wants to admit isn’t working. We look at all of it, build a direction that makes sense, and only then start moving. Skipping this part is how people end up spending money on things that go nowhere

02

Execution

Content & Social Media

Everyone wants a beautiful feed. Fair enough — but a beautiful feed with no strategy is just a mood board that nobody sees. What actually works is showing up consistently, saying something relevant, being the best version of your brand (and sometimes the most human one — people connect with real, turns out). I build the system behind it so the content has a reason to exist and doesn’t die after three posts

Paid Media

Ok, we live in a capitalist world and you have to pay to get seen. That’s just how it is now. The good news is that when it’s done right, it’s the most powerful thing on this list. The bad news is most people set it up wrong and wonder why it’s not working. From getting your first campaign live to building a full structure that actually converts — no wasted budget, no boosted posts pretending to be a strategy

The honest bit

Wait! do you do all of this by yourself?

yes, but not for everyone at the same time. I keep my client list small on purpose. Not because I’m precious about it — because doing this well actually requires knowing your business, your audience and why that one campaign from months ago didn’t work. You can’t do that spread across 15 clients at once. (I’ve seen people try. even I tried and It does not work.)

The right clients get a lot of me, but I can’t work with everyone — and I’m okay with that 🙂

Fewer clients. More attention. Fewer disasters. That’s the deal.
